Exfoliate scalp once a week using Remi Bye Bye Build up, pop on to dry scalp starting with 2mins building up to 10mins over time , Rinse off. Shampoo with Davines Love Curl shampoo and condition it is a beautiful range for the curly girls have a look through it. Every morning Apply Remi Daily Anchor about 1 to 1 and 1/2 pipettes on to damp or dry scalp massage through. Apply Remi Density Drop every night again about 1 to 1 and 1/2 pipettes on to damp or dry scalp. The best thing to do Aine is keep your scalp covered when your out for your run but there are SPF out there for the scalp.
