Gary it was great to chat with you, now just to run through your routine. Once a week exfoliate your scalp use Remi Bye bye build up all over dry scalp before washing leave it on for 2mins only, you can build it up to 10mins over time and Rinse it off. (your wife could use it too). Shampoo twice with Mediceuticals Biocleanz letting the second shampoo stand for a moment or two. Condition as normal. Towel dry your hair use the scalp exfoliator brush (if you have one) to stamp the scalp and then apply Mediceuticals Numinox apply it twice a day on dry or wet hair, to areas of concern (remember it will leave a red mark if it goes on to skin). Lastly I have also listed Remi Density Drop you can add this to your routine every night apply two pipettes all over scalp wet or dry and stamp with scalp exfoliate brush (this is something your wife could also use). if you have any Questions on your routine please reach out ok.
