Each week that you use it increase the duration you leave it on by 1 minute. Once you reach 10 minutes, you do 10 minutes every week after that. Shampoo every day or every second day. Focus your shampoo on your scalp only. Always do 2 shampoos and leave the foam of the second shampoo on for 2-5 minutes before rinsing well. Apply therapeutic conditioner to your scalp and massage in. At the same time you can apply your garnier mask to the ends of your hair. Brush through and leave them both on for 2-3 minutes before rinsing well. Every morning and every evening apply Dna pollen treatment to the areas of thinning (hairline, parting and crown) It can be applied to damp scalp after washing and towel drying or to dry scalp if you aren’t shampooing. Use for 90 days and then take a 2 week break. Repeat this process for as long as you are using this product. Every evening apply density drop everywhere that you haven’t applied dna pollen treatment. Again it can be applied to damp or dry scalp. Massage in and leave on. I added k18 mask above so you are aware of it for again. I also added Annutri supplements, these vitamins have every specific ingredients for hair growth. You need to take them for a minimum of 6 months to see results.
