• After using the Tricotain Hair Retaining shampoo, apply a small amount of Tricotain Hair Retaining conditioner
• Spread the conditioner over your hair, gently working it through the mid-section and ends
• Leave for 2-3 minutes, then rinse well
• Let hair dry naturally when possible; always use a heat protection spray when blow-drying or using hair straighteners (below 180c)
